Job Summary

  • The Associate General Counsel will support projects that are time-sensitive, highly visible inside and outside of the company, and key to AIG’s strategic initiatives.
  • Specific duties will include managing legal aspects of large U.S. and Global Service Warranty and Insurance programs, drafting and negotiating client and vendor contracts, and preparing, reviewing and commenting on documents.
