Job Summary

  • Support KiD (Knowledge, Information and Data Management) initiatives and understand manufacturing process and business operational workflows.
  • Partner functional teams to identify opportunities for new processes and implementation of digital system capabilities that will enhance business key performance indicators.
  • Provide on-going technical support for digital systems, troubleshoot technical issues, and support triage and resolution of shopfloor system issues.
