Must-have
High-speed IO validation test suites
Mixed signal circuit characterization
Silicon bring-up and debugging
Lab instrumentation experience
Python, Git, Matlab, JMP scripting
Electro-optical transceiver system validation
Nice-to-have
Optical transceiver performance testing
Data automation and analysis expertise
Serdes PHY characterization lab experience
Collaborative and interpersonal skills
Ability to train new engineers
Creative problem solving
Key Requirements
Master or PhD in Electrical or Computer Engineering
5+ years experience in mixed-signal design validation
Experience with silicon bring-up and debugging
Ability to work in high-paced multi-bring-up environment
