Job Summary

• The Customer Success Manager (CSM) plays a key role in working with Dental Service Organizations and with 3Shape Reseller Partners in Italy, focusing on strategic accounts from initial interest through implementation and beyond.
• Key responsibilities include leading Proof-of-Concept projects, managing project implementation as a Change Management Advocate, and supporting 3Shape’s DSO market presence.
• This is a hybrid position requiring at least 2 years of experience in the dental industry, demonstrated understanding of dental clinical workflows, and strong project management skills in complex initiatives.
