Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, physics, materials science, data science or a related technical field
  • 10+ years of experience in equipment engineering, maintenance engineering, or manufacturing engineering roles
  • 5+ years of leadership or people-management experience
  • Strong expertise in measurement systems, statistical analysis, and metrology tools
  • Experience with analytical methods such as regression modeling, SPC, MSA, DOE, and multivariate statistics
  • Proficiency with data analysis tools (e.g., Python, R, JMP, MATLAB, Power BI, or equivalent)
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional alignment skills
