Job Summary

• The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
• Employees are responsible for identifying residents correctly before administering treatments and reporting all changes in condition to the Nurse Supervisor immediately.
• The role requires maintaining confidentiality of protected health information while assisting residents with daily functions such as bathing, dressing, and eating.
