  • Concierges are responsible for providing top-level customer service to all Premium Services Clients and Premium Members.
  • Assist with training and development of all Premium Services staff, encouraging continuous personal development and ensure high levels of team morale.
  • Escorts clients to suites, party suites, Sky Lounge, club seats and other VIP areas.
