Key Requirements
Minimum associate degree required; bachelor's or master's preferred
Three years' work experience in emergency medicine/prehospital care
Arkansas EMT Instructor license within 6 months of hire
BLS, ACLS, and PHTLS Instructor Certification or willingness to obtain
Current undisciplined license to practice EMS in Arkansas with National Registry certification
Minimum one year clinical experience as a paramedic
