Work with a wide range of clients to help develop and implement rewards programs for their employees, providing advice on pay philosophy, rewards strategy, incentive design, market trends, regulations, and best practices.
Perform data analysis using advanced dynamic Excel modeling and draw conclusions from the data for project managers’ and senior consultants’ review.
The applicable base salary range for this role is $117,500 - $158,000 per year, with eligibility for performance-based incentives and a competitive total rewards package.
