Job Summary

  • Work with a wide range of clients to help develop and implement rewards programs for their employees, providing advice on pay philosophy, rewards strategy, incentive design, market trends, regulations, and best practices.
  • Perform data analysis using advanced dynamic Excel modeling and draw conclusions from the data for project managers’ and senior consultants’ review.
  • The applicable base salary range for this role is $117,500 - $158,000 per year, with eligibility for performance-based incentives and a competitive total rewards package.
