Must-have

  • 7 years MEP design or building automation experience
  • Advanced knowledge of HVAC and BAS systems
  • Ability to read MEP design drawings and sequences
  • Experience with monitoring-based commissioning MBCx
  • Knowledge of healthcare building codes and standards

Nice-to-have

  • Self-driven ability to work independently
  • Collaborative skills across multiple departments
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills
  • Experience with Desigo Metasys Niagara Framework Tracer
  • Certified Commissioning Agent CxA credential

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field
  • 7 years of experience in MEP design or facilities operations
  • Certification as installer or programmer from manufacturer preferred
  • Certified Commissioning Agent by nationally recognized body preferred
