Job Summary
Develop a Therapeutic Area Strategy to optimize product fit and portfolio strength, and review and manage the Marketing mix for each product to optimize promotional effort.
Lead the cross-functional ‘Brand Team’ in the development of brand strategy aligned to overall TA strategy and company priorities, ensuring effective cross-functional working.
Responsible for performance management for PMs, building a talent pool within the team, and providing coaching and feedback to enhance team effectiveness.
