Key Requirements
Minimum 10 years of experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
Experience in 2D and 3D quantity take-offs and BOQ preparation
Familiarity with measurement standards (NRM, POMI)
Proficiency in QS software (CostX, Revit)
Familiarity with BOQ descriptions in NRM 1 and POMI
