Must-have
Electrostatic and air-assist paint equipment
Surface preparation and sanding
Equipment maintenance and cleaning
Use of respirator and passing Pulmonary Function Test
Ability to lift and carry up to 35 pounds
Working in manufacturing production environment
Nice-to-have
Troubleshoot minor painting issues
Ability to work independently
Experience with decals and rust-proofing application
Preventive maintenance tasks
Visual and auditory acuity for safety
Key Requirements
6+ months painting experience in automotive or industrial settings
Ability to wear respirator and pass Pulmonary Function Test
Willingness to work overtime including evenings, weekends, holidays
1+ year painting experience in manufacturing or body shop (preferred)
