Roseville Care Center is seeking a PRN Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide routine daily nursing care for residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being. The role involves assisting with personal care needs, monitoring residents’ conditions, and maintaining a warm, supportive environment

Job Summary

  • Provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan.
  • Record all entries on flow sheets, notes, charts, etc., in an informative, descriptive manner and report all changes in the resident’s condition to the Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse.
  • Assist residents with daily functions including dental and mouth care, bath functions, combing of hair, dressing and undressing as necessary.
