  • This position is responsible for washing and properly storing all dishes, trays, eating utensils, cups, and small equipment for the department.
  • The incumbent must maintain the dish room and dish machine in a sanitary and organized condition while following ASM Global Food & Beverage regulations.
  • Responsibilities include organizing inventory, cleaning working areas, and assisting with the delivery and setup of equipment for prospective functions.
