As a key member of our architecture team, you will collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and IT stakeholders to architect AI-driven solutions that proactively detect, diagnose, and resolve operational issues.

Enterprise IT operations experience

Log and metrics analysis
Time-series forecasting
NLP for IT ticket classification
MLOps practices knowledge
Experience with ServiceNow and Datadog
Mentoring engineering teams
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or related field
3+ years experience building AIOps platforms
Experience as Solution Architect or AI/ML Architect
Experience with AI engineering certifications in Azure and GCP
