This role manages new build and renovation projects from purchase order through project completion while supporting the regional Program Manager with quoting, selling, planning, vendor management, and budgeting phases.
Success requires partnering with internal and external stakeholders to drive an exceptional customer experience while delivering upon key performance objectives including revenue, quality, cost, customer satisfaction, and schedule.
The position involves managing all aspects of OR Renovation projects, identifying scope, coordinating with operations and vendors, and providing detailed weekly revenue forecasting updates to higher-level management.
