SHI International Corp is seeking a Field Alliances Manager for the West region to bridge national partner strategies and regional execution. The role requires building strategic relationships with OEM partners, and candidates should have 3-5 years of outside sales experience and the ability to travel within the region

Job Summary

  • Serve as the primary in-market advocate for SHI with core OEM partners and as the voice of the region back to SHI’s leadership.
  • Build and maintain deep relationships with core OEM partners within your assigned region and act as the go-to resource for both SHI and partner field teams.
  • Inform leadership on where relationships are strong/weak, which partners are truly strategic at the regional level, and where new opportunities exist.
