Work closely with the Product team to optimize the onboarding flow, reduce Time-to-Value (TTV), and build in-app triggers that drive virality and expansion.
Collaborate with RevOps to ensure our tech stack captures the right data to trigger sales-assist motions (PQLs) when a self-serve user is ready to upgrade.
