Oversee the lifecycle of customers from onboarding to renewal, acting as a trusted partner to transform their use of MarqVision into tangible business value.
Proactively engage each account to identify risks and ensure every Marqvision functionality is leveraged, maximizing subscription value.
Partner with engineering teams in architecting and orchestrating customer requests while working closely with Product, Support, and Sales teams.
