The primary purpose of your job position is to provide each of your assigned residents with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan.
Essential duties include assisting residents with daily functions such as mouth care, bathing, dressing, and ensuring residents are kept dry and comfortable.
The role requires reporting all changes in resident condition, accidents, and incidents to the Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse promptly.
