Job Summary
The Senior Manager of Patient Access Services is responsible for decision support, organizational planning and operational leadership toward revenue support with the South Submarket.
You will oversee five Managers of Patient Access across different hospital within the region and their teams, consisting of around 250 caregivers in total.
This role is vital to Cleveland Clinic’s mission and vision as you will provide supervisory and managerial leadership execution over a myriad of caregivers at the front line of administration and the patient access support services division.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, HIM or other applicable field
Seven years of experience in a hospital or multi-hospital system that includes management experience
11 years of successful Revenue Cycle Management experience, with four or more years in a management role
Knowledge of third-party hospital billing, contractual, compliance regulations
Master’s Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, HIM or another applicable field
