Job Summary

  • The Senior Manager of Patient Access Services is responsible for decision support, organizational planning and operational leadership toward revenue support with the South Submarket.
  • You will oversee five Managers of Patient Access across different hospital within the region and their teams, consisting of around 250 caregivers in total.
  • This role is vital to Cleveland Clinic’s mission and vision as you will provide supervisory and managerial leadership execution over a myriad of caregivers at the front line of administration and the patient access support services division.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, HIM or other applicable field
  • Seven years of experience in a hospital or multi-hospital system that includes management experience
  • 11 years of successful Revenue Cycle Management experience, with four or more years in a management role
  • Knowledge of third-party hospital billing, contractual, compliance regulations
  • Master’s Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, HIM or another applicable field
  • EPIC scheduling experience
