Job Summary
Works in conjunction with the Store Manager in managing all areas of the daily operations of the store, including generating sales and profit while controlling expenses and inventory, personnel acquisition and development, maintaining visual standards and building the Bohme brand.
Recruit and recommend potential candidates for store personnel, interview potential candidates, and train associates using all training materials.
Supervise and is responsible for cash handling and banking procedures, manage proper and timely accounting of all cash flow, and supervise and executes the incoming and outgoing merchandise.
