Job Summary
The Technical Support Engineer plays a pivotal role in providing second-line support to field engineers and clients to ensure the successful maintenance and servicing of digital CCTV and associated electronic security systems, building management, and AV systems.
As a Technical Support Engineer, you will leverage your hands-on expertise in supporting and maintaining IP Access Control systems, whether for single, multi-site, or enterprise configurations.
