The Facilities Mechanical Technician will perform inspections, installations, repairs, and testing on facility infrastructure and mechanical systems.
Responsibilities include developing operating standards, performing lockout/tagout, troubleshooting malfunctioning systems, and managing work orders.

New Mexico Boiler/Chiller/Refrigerant certifications
Experience reading mechanical diagrams
Experience with BMS/BAS/EMS
NFPA 70E safety standard knowledge
Intermediate knowledge of OSHA and EPA regulations
