The specialist is responsible for enforcing MAS FEAT principles, TRM guidelines, and ensuring safety and ethical conduct across all AI systems.
Candidates must possess deep expertise in validating agentic workflows, conducting red team exercises, and managing high-risk model deployments.

Key Requirements

Proficiency in LLM fine-tuning, RLHF, and retrieval augmented generation
Experience with bias mitigation and fairness metrics (SHAP, LIME)
Familiarity with Python, SQL, PySpark, and vector databases
