The primary purpose of this job is to assist in administering medications to residents as ordered by the attending physician, under the direction of nursing supervision.
Essential duties include accurately preparing, administering, and documenting oral and/or topical medications, and reporting any errors or reactions promptly.
The role requires maintaining a friendly, productive working relationship with other members of the nursing department and participating in facility committees to improve the medication process.
