  • visual and dimensional inspection skills
  • complete Device History Records

Nice-to-have

  • medical device industry experience preferred
  • ability to train other team members
  • familiarity with microscopes and measuring devices
  • IPC soldering certification desired
  • welding or material science training

Key Requirements

  • High school graduate or equivalent education
  • 3-5 years light assembly experience in regulated industry
  • Proficiency in computer usage and documentation
  • Ability to recognize obvious defects in workmanship
