Job Summary

• The Senior Paralegal will provide essential support to lawyers with all aspects of the practice before the U.S. District Courts, the International Trade Commission (ITC) and the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB), including all inter partes proceedings.
• This is a billable position requiring accurate and timely submission of matter attributable billable hours, with a billing requirement of 1,650 hours per evaluation year.

Base: $145,000 to $175,000 per year; Bonus/Equity: Annual discretionary bonuses; Benefits: Medical, dental, vision insurance; 401(k); paid time off

• Six (6)+ years of PTAB, ITC and U.S. District Court experience
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience
• Paralegal certificate is desirable
