Base: $83,920.00 - $125,880.00; Bonus/Equity: Discretionary and formulaic incentive awards available; Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), life, accident, disability, wellness programs, and paid time off

Must-have
5-8 years of professional experience
Mandarin language proficiency required
Strong analytical and financial skills
Client relationship building and wallet share growth
Regulatory compliance and KYC/AML adherence

Experience with Money Guide Pro or NaviPlan Select
Self-starter and problem solver mindset

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Current US FINRA Registration (SIE, Series 6, 63, 65 OR 7, 66)
Mortgage loan originator registration with NMLS
Insurance Group 1 certification
Must meet all FINRA and Insurance requirements within 150 days
