  • Serve as the main contact for Fort Worth PDC dealer and customer inquiries, coordinating special order requests and answering questions related to order status.
  • Partner with various teams to resolve issues, work with logistics providers for shipment tracking, and collaborate with Quality leadership to communicate customer concerns.
  • Input, research, approve, or deny customer claims and material returns, train customers on these processes, and support National Accounts.
