Job Summary

  • The primary purpose of this role is to lead the strategic direction and execution of all Research & Technology Development initiatives across the Product Category.
  • The incumbent will support and mentor R&D site leaders while ensuring adherence to FDA regulations and company safety and quality requirements.
  • Employees at the Director level are eligible for stock awards as part of their annual compensation package along with comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits.

Salary

Base: $203,250-$298,100; Bonus/Equity: Cash-based incentive program and stock awards for Directors and above; Benefits: Comprehensive package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, and parental leave

Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • 12+ years senior level R&D management experience
  • FDA regulations and Quality Management Systems knowledge
  • Cross-functional leadership and vendor interface skills
  • Strategic technology roadmap development expertise
  • New Product Introduction (NPI) and DFM principles

Nice-to-have

  • Master's Degree in Business or management
  • Experience with M&A and evaluating new technology

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related discipline
  • Minimum 12 years experience in senior technical management
  • Minimum 10 years related to business development leveraging technology
