Job Summary
Serve as the primary owner of our Workday ecosystem with accountability for strategic direction, operational stability, and continuous improvement.
Oversee all Workday modules including HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Absence, Time Tracking, Recruiting, Learning, Financial Management, and Reporting/Analytics.
Build, mentor, and manage a team of Workday analysts and system administrators, while partnering closely with Finance, HR, and Operations leadership.
