Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Sarbanes-Oxley Act knowledge
COSO 2013 internal controls framework
IT general controls and application controls
5+ years in audit or financial control
Experience with ICFR/SOX404 sign-off process
Nice-to-have
Proactive and hands-on approach
Strong stakeholder management skills
Experience with banking business processes
Ability to work independently

Key Requirements
University degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field
Professional certifications (CISA, CIA, CPA, etc.) preferred
Solid understanding of Sarbanes-Oxley Act and COSO 2013
Demonstrated experience in business process improvements
Good understanding of change management and IT tools
