  • The Project Safety Lead / Manager is responsible for ensuring that Diageo Global Engineering Safety policies, standards and best practices are effectively implemented across all Capital Expenditure (Capex) projects in Türkiye.
  • Lead engineering, construction and commissioning safety across assigned Capex projects, ensuring compliance with both Diageo Global and Türkiye Engineering Safety Policies and Minimum Requirements.
  • The role provides safety leadership throughout the full project lifecycle and acts as the key interface between Diageo Global Engineering Safety teams and local Project Delivery / Execution Managers.

Key Requirements

  • Engineering degree with additional safety training
  • Minimum 5 years' on-site project or construction experience
  • NEBOSH certification preferred
  • Valid Turkish Ministry of Labour OHS Specialist certification
  • Fluent English
