Job Summary

  • As a Performance Management & Reward Expert, you will play a crucial role in the professionalization and modernization of NMBS's reward strategy, contributing directly to strategic choices through a modern performance management system and continuous optimization of reward processes.
  • Your responsibilities include analyzing and redesigning the performance management system, identifying improvements, and guiding the implementation of a renewed, organization-wide system, while also optimizing existing reward processes and developing new ones for a coherent and transparent pay policy.
