Job Summary

  • Manage the Purchase Administration process for Diversey’s Logistics and Warehousing functions, create POs in line with budgets per provider/service, and communicate PO numbers and invoicing requirements to LSPs.
  • Proactively resolve issues to ensure continuity of service, whilst maintaining controls, and provide operational support to Accounts Payable, Logistics and Procurement functions.
  • Build/maintain models to control billing files from Logistics Service Providers (LSPs), ensure billing files are complete and in the right formats, and report audit findings.
