This role will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring compliance with Annex 24 and Annex 30, supporting the import/export process.
Core functions include ensuring proper preparation and filing of IMMEX program documentation, verifying compliance with Mexican customs regulations, and identifying/mitigating compliance risks.
The position requires accurate product classification (MX & US), analysis of supplier documentation for country of origin, and verification of product eligibility under USMCA.
