Must-have
MOCVD process development
Quality Management System experience
Statistical process control (SPC)
Clean room Class 100/1000 environment
DOE and manufacturing data analysis
Nice-to-have
Six Sigma and Lean manufacturing
JMP statistical software experience
Excellent communication skills
Cross-disciplinary team collaboration
Background in chemical or electrical engineering
Key Requirements
Master's degree or higher in engineering, physics, or chemistry
5+ years related experience
Solid State Device Physics background in optoelectronic devices
Experience under ISO 9001 or similar Quality Management System
5-10 years epitaxial growth in production environment preferred
