Job Summary

  • The role enables first-line Operations Risk capability by authoring Group-wide control standards and coordinating assurance activities.
  • Candidates will act as the primary interface with Group Risk and Internal Audit while operating through a hub-and-spoke model across multiple markets.
  • The position requires leading thematic post-incident reviews and preparing quarterly updates for Executive committees on Ops risk posture.

Key Requirements

  • Exposure to regulatory frameworks (MAS OR, OJK, BNM)
  • Deep understanding of IIA Three Lines Model
