Must-have

  • 3 years OT environment security assessment experience
  • Strong understanding of ICS/OT network protocols
  • Knowledge of NIST SP 800-61 and 800-82 frameworks
  • Experience with SCADA, DCS, and PLC systems
  • Ability to conduct risk and vulnerability assessments

Nice-to-have

  • Data center industry experience preferred
  • Understanding of MITRE ATT&CK for ICS
  • Familiarity with Perdue Enterprise Reference Architecture
  • Experience with Building Management Systems (BMS)
  • Collaborative team culture with no ego mindset

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity or related field
  • 4 additional years of engineering experience if no degree
  • SANS GIAC certifications (GICSP, GRID) preferable
  • ISC2 CISSP or CompTIA Security+ preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
