Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or Business
Minimum 5 years demand planning experience
Proficiency with ERP systems required
Experience with BI tools like Power BI or Tableau
Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency
Nice-to-have
APICS CPIM or IBF CPF certification preferred
INFOR/SyteLine ERP experience highly preferred
ASCM CPIM certification preferred
Track record of growth and increasing responsibility
Ability to influence without direct authority
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
Minimum 5 years in demand planning or S&OP within manufacturing
Demonstrated experience leading formal S&OP processes
