Job Summary
This role sets the strategic direction for the Health Care Compliance (HCC) program across the geography, ensuring that business practices and activities adhere to Johnson & Johnson’s internal policies, local laws and regulations, and global anti-corruption laws.
Partner directly with country Managing Director and functional leaders as a trusted advisor, embedding compliance into strategic and operational business decisions.
Drive a strong culture of accountability, integrity, and transparency across all levels of the organization.

Key Requirements
Minimum 8 years of business experience
At least 3 years in compliance, legal, regulatory, or ethics roles
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in HCC or related compliance function
Degree (Law, Finance, Business, Medical, or equivalent)
