FIS is seeking a Major Incident Manager with experience in the banking and finance domain to provide 24/7 support and management of critical incidents. The ideal candidate will have 4-7 years of experience in Major Incident Management and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Job Summary
Provide 24x7 support and management of incidents throughout incident lifecycle within a production environment.
Lead and coordinate the incident response team during critical service disruptions.
Develop and maintain incident management procedures and playbooks.
