Job Summary
Oversee the team of Maintenance Team Members, schedule and complete turns, and complete occupied apartment service requests in less than 3 hours.
Manage the inventory of “ready” apartments, inspect ready apartments for move-in quality, and spearhead maintenance initiatives.
The pay range for this position is $19.20 - 25.98 USD per hour depending on experience, plus quarterly bonus potential, health, dental, and 401(k) program/match, and paid time off.

EPA Certified with 3-5 years related experience a plus

Detail-oriented, flexible, and able to multitask
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
