Job Summary

  • This role leads three Director-led organizations including Retailer Delivery, Enterprise Architecture & Engineering, and Retailer Success to own the full retailer experience.
  • The position requires owning business outcomes such as net revenue retention, expansion GTV, and implementation quality while partnering closely with Business Development and Product teams.
