ST Engineering is seeking a Senior Commissioning Manager for Electrical & Automation Systems in Singapore, responsible for overseeing the commissioning of shipboard equipment and managing a team of engineers. The ideal candidate should have a degree in Marine, Electrical, or Electronic Engineering, along with significant maritime industry experience and team management skills.

Job Summary
Leads, directs and supervise a team of engineers in preparation of commissioning of shipboard equipment's ensuring the entire responsibility for the completion on schedule in accordance to the protocols.
Manage work safety, assigned jobs, risk assessment and productivity of the Commission Team and manage the commissioning job scope with supplier/ OEM within budgeted Man Hours.
Perform safety audits on departmental safety practices and employees.
