Independently leads a portfolio of complex client projects from end-to-end within the client services business, maintaining client relationships with a focus on providing an excellent customer experience.
Develops and maintains client relationships throughout the project, acting as a single point of escalation and coordinating vital internal and external business activities to achieve project goals.
Demonstrates advanced technical capabilities, implementation of standard methodologies, and familiarity with site processes, industry requirements, problem solving, and supports strategic development of the project management function.
