Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in relevant engineering, manufacturing, or program management
At least four years of experience in manufacturing
Experience leading New Product Introduction (NPI) programs
Demonstrated project management experience
Experience managing program budgets
Strong working knowledge of Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Design for Cost (DFC)
Proven leadership skills
Strong critical thinking skills
Experience navigating conflict and mediating trade-offs
Excellent listening, communication, and interpersonal skills
