Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • PhD in Clinical Pharmacology or related field
  • 10+ years biotech/pharma industry experience
  • Expertise in population PK and PK/PD modeling
  • Regulatory interaction experience from IND to registration
  • Experience with siRNA or oligonucleotide modalities
  • Proven success leading high-performing scientific teams

Nice-to-have

  • Rare disease drug development experience preferred
  • CNS disease therapeutic lead experience
  • NDA and/or BLA global regulatory engagement
  • Publication record in scientific manuscripts
  • Experience with novel genetic modalities platform

Key Requirements

  • PhD in Clinical Pharmacology, Pharmacometrics, or Pharmaceutical Sciences
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant industry experience
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
